INTRODUCTION:

 

DEL RAY features a two stateroom, two head layout. The master stateroom is forward with an island berth, ensuite head and a spacious stall shower. Guest accommodations are to port with two single berths, and a guest/day head to starboard. She offers a spacious U-shaped galley opposite a large settee with plenty of storage.

Known for their large and inviting aft cockpits, the Eastbay 49 invites socialization and yet remains very functional.  Access is over the gunnel and down two comfortable steps, or via the opening transom door from the swim platform.  Multiple deck hatches ensure access to systems below, and an engine room hatch makes daily checks easy.

Situated just a few comfortable steps down the centerline companionway from the pilothouse is the cabin below.  To the left is the galley, to right the main salon, and forward are both berths and heads.  It is open, spacious, and comfortable for both quick day trips and extended cruising.  Light walls with varnished trim are reminiscent of a Herreshoff-style interior, and teak and holly soles complement the look.
