The Eastbay 44SX is an extremely quiet underway, built to perfection, efficient underway and innovatively designed downeast cruiser. She features three staterooms and two heads both with en suite showers, large cockpit with built-in seating and removable awning. She is fully equipped with two 8617 Garmin latest generation screens, and is powered by Volvo IPS 600's with low approximately 690 hours with cruising speeds to 25 knots on all.   The salon features three large opening windows (open like your car) and two large  sliding hatches which provide abundant natural light and ventilation to her interior.

Walkthrough

Starting in the cockpit there is a standard aft L-shaped seating with storage below, aft-facing seating to port forward with U-Line icemaker in outboard locker. To starboard forward is a wet bar with Isotherm refrigerator.

Moving inside, a large comfortable-settee with teak bi-fold table is to port. This table is meant to be stable underway but also moveable to place in desired locations in salon or cockpit areas. To starboard is the galley featuring deep stainless-steel sink, electric cooktop, refrigerator/freezer drawers and plentiful storage.

The starboard, port and aft to port windows open electrically by the simple push of a button to give a totally open feel from inside to outside and provide flow-through ventilation along with a pass-thru to her cockpit.

Her helm features a custom designed bench helmseat and a properly appointed and engineered helm panel for full engine instrumentation, gauges and electronics.

The spacious master stateroom is forward with a low profile queen-size very comfortable berth with storage below, hanging lockers on both port and starboard sides, plentiful storage and natural light through opening ports and hatch above. This master has a private en suite head with separate stall shower. The guest stateroom is aft and to port and features a twin single side-by-side berths. The guest/day head with separate stall shower is located just forward of the guest stateroom. Starboard of the companionway is the third stateroom/utility room with single berth, combo LG washer/dryer, Newair AWR-460DB Dual Zone 46 Bottle Wine Cooler and storage cabinets. Many customers use this whole stateroom space for storage when not in use by guests.

This EB44 is powered by twin Volvo IPS 600's with joystick control and DPS for the optimum easy handling, maneuverability, quietness and performance. Her exterior features full walkaround side decks, proper stainless-steel grab rails, non-skid side decks, teak cockpit, newly installed (2020) Freedom hydraulic tender lift and much more!
